Think you can't have it all? Think again.
We’re taught that we can’t have it all. We have to make choices. Be realistic. And usually, that’s good advice.
But whoever told us that doesn’t know what it means to live at the Waterfront Pearl in No 201. They don’t know what it feels like to sit on either of two private decks with an espresso, admiring the sweeping views of bridges arching over the Willamette at sunrise; watching the rowing teams streak past like silent, water-born rockets; squadrons of geese soaring low over the water; or taking in the golden light of a stunning Portland sunset with a bottle of fine Oregon wine and a treasured companion. Nature meets the city in such a spectacular junction; this junction that could be your home.
Of course, all this lies before you while one of the most vibrant cities in the country surrounds you; the best restaurants, galleries, and shops are all within quick walking, biking, public transit, or ride sharing distance. They didn’t know you can have all that and still enjoy your own private zen in between. Two master bedrooms (or is one an office? a media room? a creative space? hmmm--decisions), a dining space, a work space, a living space, a master chef space with Electrolux, Viking, and Dacor appliances, quartz countertops and up to the minute style, all flanked by so much natural light, hovering above the river. And don’t forget the storage for days both within the unit and secure storage adjacent to your TWO deeded parking spaces, just outside your door. Add in the 24/7 Concierge, spa, gym, meeting room, and social opportunities and it’s more than one would dare to ask for. Except that it’s here, it’s real, and you can make it yours.
So don’t be frustrated with the people who said you can’t have it all. But also, don’t believe them. Just make this beautiful space yours, then invite them for dinner to show them the error of their ways.
